Fresh cooked meals at decent prices. They have a nice 50s retro atmosphere.

My all time favorite restaurant. The chicken dinner platter with fries and cottage cheese is awesome. Not only that, but the atmosphere is truly outstanding. Highly recommend.

I've always adored this place ever since I was a child. The waitresses are always on top of their game, filling drinks before they are even half empty. The food is always great, breakfast, lunch, or dinner. You can always find something you end up liking no matter what your preferences are. I always bring my family and friends here when we don't know where to go and we are never left dissatisfied.

Everything I expect from a diner! There was copious food at low price. I particularly enjoyed the Reuben sandwich.

Great Reuben and deep fried cauliflower

I’m so sad. I only eat one thing from here and it’s the chef salad. My mom has been eating this salad since 1998. She passed this delicacy down to me and my siblings and it is are favorite thing to eat when we are able to go to flint. The Salad was so big we referred to it as “The Big Salad” but the portion was cut in half, but the price stayed the same. I’m disappointed.

The waitresses had their mask under their chins or not covering their nose. Customers came in without wearing a mask. When people got up to pay or go to the bathroom no one was wearing a mask. We were given the regular menus that everyone uses. They gave us ketchup and syrup in a bottle instead of a cup. When customers left they just wiped down the table instead of disinfecting it. And forget about social distancing while you're paying for your bill. The only safety precaution they have in place is that tables are marked unavailable, other than that it's business as usual. Please for your safety and your loved ones don't go to this restaurant it's dangerous!

Came in after lunch around 2. 3 waitresses walked by me and didn't acknowledge me.Then 1 waitress saw me placed my order.Theu were friendly after that. My coffee cup was full. I was helped by several different waitresses. I ordered a omelet. It was tasty. The cooked my food in 3 minutes. Fast service! The Texas toast was homemade and amazing. Glad I was in the area. Will be back!

Very good food, nice restaurant to dine in or drive thru the take out. I eat here a lot with my family.

They were so busy we we got the last table n seen our waitress 2 x the entire visit. They needed more staff to handle it. The food was great. The Waitress was just spread too thin. We never got refills on our drinks, i had to go find the waitress to get our check.

Reasonable, good breakfast priced at $3.89 for two eggs, toast, hash browns and bacon. Service was quick and the servers were friendly. Atmosphere is set in a 50s style diner with art and memorabilia on the wall. My only complaint was the rye toast tasted liked regular toast but it was still good.

My favorite place to eat in Flint. The breakfast is outstanding and the dinners are delicious! The prices are reasonable and the servings huge. If you go be sure to try their Chicken Dumpling Soup.

Great food, great atmosphere, and great service. If you have any kids, definitely get them a kids meal, getting food served to them in a car is definitely a highlight from when I was a kid.

This is the best diner in the area. The food is spot on and the prices are great. 50's diner. The staff is the best of all. Never dining at the other places now that we have been here.

I love the west side diner but they sure wasn’t with it last night. I ordered 3 fish & chips 2 with fries and 1 with mashed potatoes well no mashed they put fries in all three and they were not good fries. I also ordered butterfinger milk shake and it was chocolate and made me sick.

Great little place for lunch. portions could be larger. and it needs updating. But two of us ate for $12. not bad!

Good food, courteous staff but it was very cold inside & the ladies restroom, the handicap toilet was rocking back & forth. I almost fell 😔
